An event was organized by Small Industrial Development Bank of India namely “Swavlamban Mela” from Date April 21st to 25th at Pragati Maidan New Delhi where artisans across different states have participated in the event which was held to enhance the skills of the artisans from different parts of the country to enhance them and to provide them a better platform to show their skill and to promote their products to the forum. We have also been an integral partner and have also participated with our 2 artisans namely Md. Mehmud and Md. Taslim have represented our team Real scholar society at the event and has presented the famous lac bangles of Bihar Muzaffarpur district to the people and we sensed a good response from the local Bihari diaspora and other inhabitants there which was a very lucrative exposure visit for our artisans as they have learned a lot to enhance their skill designs and further ameliorate themselves to gain a good response afterwards.

Our team, Real Scholar Society, has continuously collaborated with the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) participated and organized in their sponsored events. The ultimate goal of DC (Handicrafts) Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India to showcase the various products that Cluster Artisans manufacture across India. The artisans get technical/marketing expertise to manufacture their products from implementing agencies who are partners of DC(Handicrafts) to elevate these artisans.We are always related to various exhibitions as we are an integral partner of the organization in their performance. The images mentioned below are from 19-28 March where we organized the exhibition in Hajipur,Bihar,showing the lac bangles skills of artisans. Many artisans across the country have participated at the event.Two craftsmen Arvind Kumar and Md. Mehmud, was our representative on behalf of our Real Scholar society demonstrated their skills.
