Advertisement for Post of CDE at Muzaffarpur Lac Cluster
Lac Cluster Muzaffarpur (Bihar), formed under the SFURTI Scheme of M/o MSME is inviting applications for the role of Cluster Development Executive (CDE), a fulltime executive, for its Lac & Decorative item project based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) To ensure efficient day to day implementation of the project, as per the approved project.
2) Preparation and implementation of the Annual Action Plans of the cluster,
3) Procurement of raw materials along with various micro and macro level tools and machineries and other processes as identified and mentioned under DPR in consultation with the IA and TA.
4) Community mobilization,
5) Promoting linkages with professional institutions as well as local institutions including PRIs.
The applicant should preferably have prior experience and expertise in handling handicrafts clusters and should be committed to work in the sector. Preference will be given to locally based candidates.
Qualification:
Masters in Social Science & Social work / development studies or any other close discipline.
Work experience
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible work experience in Rural livelihoods projects and should have demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships with Governmental, non- Governmental, and civil society / organizations.
